Cloud the Gnome
Rosemary, or Rosemarius officinalis, is an evergreen shrub originating from the Mediterranean, of which the scientific name translates to mist of the sea. Rosemary grows to approximately one metre in height, but some plants can reach up to two. Along with uses in cooking, particularly to season food, it was also believed in ancient times, that rosemary could strengthen the memory. Here at Delprat, rosemary is used to absorb cadmium, arsenic and petroleum oils from the soil.
